Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Return Policy:
We offer a 7-day return period, allowing you to return your package without providing a reason. The 7-day period begins the day you receive your package. Please ensure that the return is shipped back to us within this timeframe.
Return Conditions:
All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, deodorant free and perfume free. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is at your expense and will depend on the courier and the country from which you are returning the package.
Return Processing Time:
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 10 business days. You can track the return via the tracking number provided, and once the package arrives at our warehouse, the 10-day period will begin. After your refund is processed, you will receive a notification. Please allow up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

- Hats

- Hair Accessories
- Bralettes/ Intimates/ Lingerie
If any returns do not meet these requirements, we will return your items to you.
We will use the delivery date from the tracking link provided at the time of shipment. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
If you mail a return back after 7 days of the delivery you will not receive a refund.

- Refunds will be issued to you within 5 business days of the delivery date.
- Please send an email to info@shopanika.us stating your refund request and the tracking number to the returned items you have shipped to the address above.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:
- We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
- If any of the items purchased are damaged, please reach out within 3 days of delivery to info@shopanika.us and our customer service team will reach out to find a solution.
Exchanges:
Because of our fast-changing inventory, we can no longer offer exchanges. BUT! you can place another order for the item(s) or size(s) you need and we will promptly refund you for your original order as soon as we receive it.
